The studio specialises in Studio Pilates on the Pilates Reformer, Mat, and Wunda Chair, offering a holistic approach to fitness that incorporates breathing techniques, stretching, muscle strengthening, and connexion to the mind and body.

For those new to Pilates or new to the studio, Activate Inner Strength Pilates offers an Introduction Package, which is the perfect way to get started. This package includes 3 Private Studio Sessions that encompass a postural and movement assessment, individual needs analysis, and introduction exercises to Pilates. These sessions aim to teach the fundamentals and how to activate your core, preparing you for a class setting, assessing your personal goals and needs, and designing a tailored programme just for you. The Introduction Package is recommended for new clients and is available for just $179.

In addition to their Studio Pilates sessions, Activate Inner Strength Pilates also offers Healthy Sunshine Coast Outdoor Mat Pilates. Held at Piccabeen Green, this outdoor session is part of the Healthy Sunshine Coast Council Scheme and is suitable for all ages (5+) and abilities. The cost for this session is $5 for a child accompanied by a paying adult, $5 for Healthcare/Pension Card Holders (must show on visit), and $10 for adults. It's important to note that registration through the council website is required prior to attending these sessions.

Activate Inner Strength Pilates also caters to mums with their Mums & Bubs Studio Class. This class is suitable for mums who need to bring their non-mobile baby to class, and it is also open to any Pre Natal clients. The cost for this class is $32.
