One of their most popular offerings is “The Best of Both” treatment, where clients can choose from Caz's specialities of Yin Yoga, reflexology, and reiki, followed by one of Jay's exceptional massages. This combination allows clients to experience the expertise of both therapists in one session. The treatment options are available for 2 hours, 2. 5 hours, or a generous 3 full hours of relaxation time, all at attractive prices.

Due to the length of these treatments, it is advisable to book in advance to secure a spot in the diary.
