At GreystonesYoga, we offer a variety of classes, workshops, and events to cater to the diverse needs of our students. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals of yoga, or an experienced practitioner seeking to deepen your practise, our experienced instructors are here to support you on your journey.

In addition to in-person classes, GreystonesYoga also offers live-streamed online classes for those who prefer to practise from the comfort of their own home. Our online classes are recorded and emailed to participants within 24 hours, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and accessibility for all.

For those looking to take their practise to the next level, GreystonesYoga is proud to offer a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training programme. Led by Ingrid Jaanisoo, a key member of the faculty of the esteemed Ronach Yoga Teacher Training Course, this programme is designed for yoga enthusiasts who wish to deepen their understanding and practise of yoga, whether they intend to teach.

Owned and operated by Ingrid Jaanisoo, GreystonesYoga continues the legacy of Ronach Yoga Studio, which was established in 2010. In 2020, Ingrid took over the reins, committed to upholding the high standards of practise and teaching that the studio is known for.
