You can join our live-streamed online Yoga classes, and they are recorded and emailed within 24 hr after the class has finished whether you attend or not.

Led by Ingrid Jaanisoo, a key member of the faculty of the esteemed Ronach Yoga Teacher Training Course, this programme is designed for yoga enthusiasts who wish to deepen their understanding and practise of yoga, whether they intend to teach.

Owned and operated by Ingrid Jaanisoo, GreystonesYoga continues the legacy of Ronach Yoga Studio, which was established in 2010.
