Goshin Ryu is open to everyone aged 14 and above, no matter your fitness level or martial arts experience. You’ll learn techniques for real-life scenarios, focusing on adaptability and quick response rather than set forms. Their methods are constantly refined for speed and efficiency.

For those already trained in jujitsu, Tony offers the chance to integrate your existing knowledge into their system, enhancing and broadening your skills. If you have experience in another form of self-defence, your skills will be embraced and incorporated.
