For those at an intermediate level, Focus Fit offers an Intermediate Boxing & Kickboxing class suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. This class covers a wider range of movements, including advanced combinations and defensive movements into counter-striking. Footwork is also emphasised for both aggressive and defensive strategies. Optional sparring is allowed in this class, but it is not mandatory.
