Flow with Love Yoga

Welcome to Flow with Love Yoga, a yoga studio in Bournemouth that offers movement and relaxation classes to soothe and enliven the body, mind, and soul. Maz Love, the owner and instructor, is excited to share her passion for yoga and provide classes that are suitable for beginners with a touch of energetic fun to leave you glowing.

Flow with Love Yoga is located in a beautiful garden studio in Southbourne, Bournemouth. Additionally, classes are held at the beach and other local venues, allowing students to connect with nature and find inner peace. Maz Love is a Qoya Teacher and has also received training from the British Wheel of Yoga, a prestigious accreditation. With a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Diploma and certification as a Menopause Yoga Teacher, Maz is well-equipped to guide students on their yoga journey.

In addition to regular classes, Flow with Love Yoga offers a range of services. Qoya classes, zoom yoga sessions, and private yoga sessions are available to cater to individual needs and preferences. Whether you prefer a group setting or a more personalised approach, Flow with Love Yoga has options for everyone.

Currently, the studio offers weekly classes in the garden. Tuesday evenings and Tuesday afternoons are available, with Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings to be added soon. Menopause Yoga classes will also be starting soon, catering specifically to women during this transformative stage of life.

It is important to note that classes at Flow with Love Yoga tend to book quickly.
