Recognising the lack of education and support available to new mums regarding their post-baby bodies, Alicia obtained her Safe Return to Exercise Qualification in 2018 and proudly serves as a Body Beyond Baby Affiliate Team Member. She is committed to educating and empowering mums of all ages, encouraging them to love and appreciate their bodies while achieving their fitness goals. Alicia, a mum herself, understands the demands of motherhood and the need for a supportive community. She strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where mums can connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and motivate each other.
