We provide personal training services to individuals that are ready to improve their health and wellbeing. Whether the goal is to lose 10kg, put on 2kg of muscle, improve overall daily energy levels or compete in a powerlifting competition, our personal training service focuses on providing a holistic approach to an individual’s goal. We provide guidance in the following areas:
A consistent application of change in these 4 areas will lead to sustainable, long term results. We also offer guidance in each of these areas individually, depending on your goal. For example, we can provide guidance in relation to just your nutrition, training or lifestyle – however being ‘control freaks’ we find it is best when a holistic, consistent approach is taken in all of these areas together. We are a team of trainers that work together to service our clients. All our trainers have a range of specialities and educational backgrounds which means we haven’t come across a challenge we can’t tackle.

When a client signs up with one of our trainers, their journey is supported by the team in the background who are continuously assessing their progress and making recommendations / tweaks to their programming to ensure the client is heading in the right direction.
