The goal of CrossFit is general fitness and FUN. CrossFit is suited to all abilities and fitness levels.
We work on Strength, power, speed, cardio endurance, stamina, flexibilityagility, balance, coordination and accuracy. We do this by combining Olympic lifts, power lifts, gymnastics and other functional movements at high intensity. We create a friendly community of members which sets us apart from conventional gyms.
