Steph, the founder, and instructor of Conditioning Yoga, has recently completed a postgraduate diploma in yoga therapy. Together, Steph and her clients co-create a practise that incorporates various tools of yoga to nurture and promote overall well-being.
In the tranquil setting of her home studio, Steph offers “vinyasa style” yoga classes. These classes combine flowing movements with mindful breathwork, enabling practitioners to cultivate a harmonious connexion between body and mind.
