The founder of C&B Yoga has been studying and practising yoga for over 10 years, with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness that started at a young age through training as a gymnast. This early exposure to physical activity and discipline carried into adulthood, leading to the discovery of a deep passion for the creative and artistic expression through movement with music.

The founder is a fully qualified yoga teacher with extensive training in various yoga styles and specialities. This includes a 320-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from YogaCampus, specialised training in Teen Yoga, Children's Yoga & Mindfulness, Pre-/Postnatal Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), Women's Health Yoga, and Yoga Therapy.

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students, C&B Yoga is fully insured, and the founder is DBS-checked and holds a valid First Aid Certificate.
