Her journey in yoga began 17 years ago in Nassau, in the Bahamas, where she completed her initial training. She then travelled to Montreal, Canada, to train as a Children's yoga teacher, and returned to the Bahamas the following year to complete her Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist course.
