Yoga instructor, Rebecca Rodrigues, brings her expertise and passion for yoga to the beautiful coastal town of Bournemouth. With over 16 years of experience as a qualified teacher, she is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages, genders, and abilities achieve physical and mental well-being through the practise of yoga.
Rebecca's training in Sivananda Yoga, a traditional restorative and energising style, allows her to offer a practise that is easy to learn and suitable for all. Her journey in yoga began 17 years ago in Nassau, in the Bahamas, where she completed her initial training. She then travelled to Montreal, Canada, to train as a Children's yoga teacher, and returned to the Bahamas the following year to complete her Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist course.
Bournemouth Yoga offers a wide range of classes to cater to various needs and interests. Whether you are looking for traditional yoga classes, Ayurvedic yoga therapy, children's yoga, pregnancy yoga, or workplace yoga, there is a class designed just for you.
