Now, SHRED isn’t just about shifting what’s on your plate. We’re talking a proper food strategy crafted for weight loss, complete with menu plans and daily food tracking. Rebecca’s team will be there, working closely with you to nail the strategy and make those healthier choices. This approach is all about setting you up for long-term success.

Fitness is a big part of SHRED too. There are two outdoor bootcamps every week for the 8-week stint, held right in the lush setting of Blackheath, Greenwich. With flexible scheduling, you can pick and choose the classes that fit best with your timetable.
And if you need a bit more flexibility, there’s an online member area loaded with pre-recorded workouts. Perfect for those times when you want to squeeze in an extra session at home or anywhere else.
