Owned and operated by Sophie and Nick Tsavalos, a husband and wife team, The Studio SE6 has been a labour of love since its inception in 2009. Their goal has always been to create a warm and friendly environment where members can hit pause and just breathe. Thanks to the ongoing support and love from the community, The Studio SE6 has become a well-established part of the local fitness scene.
All regular Studio teachers have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience and have been chosen for their friendly and relaxed nature. This ensures that members feel comfortable and welcome during every class. Please note that all classes at The Studio SE6 must be pre-booked, and walk-in sessions are not offered.
The studio is fully equipped with mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. The space features both infrared heating and air conditioning, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment for members. The main studio space is open plan and decorated with neutral colours, allowing natural light to flood the room during the day. In the evening, the space is illuminated with candles and fairy lights, adding to the calming and peaceful ambiance.
