He is influenced by the teachings of the late Indra Devi, who emphasised the importance of a disciplined daily practise of yoga postures and breathing exercises. Devi believed in adapting yoga lessons to suit individual needs and circumstances.
At Be Still Yoga, Peter's classes are suitable for all levels of ability. Beginners are encouraged to practise alongside more advanced students, and Peter provides appropriate instructions to ensure that the class is safe and suitable for everyone present. However, if you have any injuries or medical conditions, it is important to inform Peter before attending your first class.
