Prana Vinyasa connects students to the elements within their own bodies and the flow of nature, transforming the practise into a ritual meditation. The Functional Vinyasa classes place a strong emphasis on mobility and functional range of movement for everyday life.

For those looking to dive deeper into their practise, our Prana Ritual class combines mantra and movement meditation, flowing through pranams and namaskars before concluding with restorative postures and sound healing in savasana. Our Vikasa classes follow an integral system of yoga, adapting traditional concepts of hatha yoga for the modern world. The Ritual class challenges individuals to find balance, transformation, and their true selves.

We also offer Yoga Foundations, a practise that focuses on aligning and unwinding through the beautiful balance of hatha yoga. Yin yoga, on the other hand, incorporates slow, passive postures held for extended periods to work into and strengthen connective tissue. Restorative Yoga utilises props to deeply relax the body through longer-held asanas.
