Bayside Netball Club

Bayside Netball Club is Melbourne's leading independent representative netball club, providing a pathway for aspiring netball players to reach their full potential. The club offers teams at 13 & Under, 15 & Under, 17 & Under, and Open levels, and competes at various locations including Jells Park, Waverley, and the State Netball and Hockey Centre in Parkville. Bayside is renowned for its supportive and encouraging environment, and its specialist coaches who focus on developing players to reach the next level in their netball journey.

The club has a proud history of developing players who have gone on to become professional netball players at higher levels of competition. Trials for the representative teams are typically held in October for the following calendar year, with supplementary trials possibly held mid-year. Bayside Netball Club has a philosophy of embracing respect towards both players and parents, quality netball education from qualified and highly talented coaches, and above all, enjoying the game of netball. As a part owner and key contributor to the Wilson Storage Southern Saints Netball Club, Bayside Netball Club provides its players with an ideal pathway to further their careers in the Victorian Netball League.

The club's teams participate in competitions at Waverley and Parkville on Thursday and Tuesday evenings, respectively. Additionally, there are opportunities to participate in tournaments throughout the season for team bonding and exposure to different playing levels across the state. The number of tournaments entered can vary each year.
