This retreat is the perfect opportunity for those looking to unwind and recharge through the practice of yoga. The weekend will kick off with an evening yoga session on Friday, followed by a delicious dinner. Throughout the retreat, participants can expect invigorating vinyasa flow sessions in the morning, suitable for all levels and accompanied by music. In the afternoons, there will be gentle flow and restorative sessions, ending with meditation or guided relaxation. These sessions will also include discussions on philosophy, psychology, or neuroscience, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of yoga. The retreat will take place in a beautiful historic venue surrounded by stunning countryside, providing a peaceful and serene environment. Accommodation will be provided at the Old Stable, conveniently located next to the yoga barn. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and have been recently refurbished. Single and shared rooms are available, with up to 4 people sharing a bathroom. In addition to yoga and accommodation, participants will enjoy plant-based meals prepared by a local caterer. The meals will include light breakfast options, a substantial brunch, afternoon tea and snack, and dinner. Fruit and tea will also be available between meals.
