Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness with Isabell is a London-based instructor who offers a holistic approach to well-being. With a passion for yoga and meditation dating back to her teenage years, Isabell brings a depth of knowledge and experience to her classes.

Isabell's yoga journey began with a focus on the breath and establishing a moving meditation through Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. However, her practise soon evolved into a more free-flowing Vinyasa style, allowing for individual exploration of physical and energetic themes in each session.

In her classes, Isabell seamlessly weaves together yoga philosophy and insights into the psychology of the mind. She believes in creating a nurturing and inclusive space where students can develop a deeper understanding of their bodies, minds, and emotions.

Connexion to the breath and attention to alignment are integral to Isabell's teaching approach. She encourages students to explore functional movement and develop clarity and awareness both on and off the mat. Her classes are known for their intelligent, imaginative, and fun sequences that keep students engaged and inspired.

In addition to teaching group classes, Isabell also offers tailor-made 1-2-1 sessions in her own yoga room, allowing for a more personalised and focused experience. She is also a teacher trainer for Yogacampus on yoga and meditation teacher trainings and provides mentorship to aspiring teachers.

Isabell's love for the practise extends beyond the physical aspects of yoga. She regularly incorporates gentle flow and restorative yoga practises in her courses and retreats, recognising the importance of finding balance and restoration in our busy lives.
