Amy Bisazza Yoga & Relaxation Classes is a wellness centre and yoga studio located in Frome, New Zealand. Led by Amy Bisazza, a seasoned yoga instructor and meditation teacher, the studio offers a variety of classes and programmes for both children and adults.

With over 15 years of teaching experience, Amy has a deep passion for sharing relaxation and mindfulness practises with people of all ages and abilities. She holds multiple accreditations, including being a British Wheel of Yoga accredited Hatha Yoga teacher, as well as being certified in Childrens, Pregnancy, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Yoga, and Gong Yoga.

Amy's dedication to wellness extends beyond the studio walls. She also provides classes and courses on relaxation and stress management in the workplace, specifically tailored for adults in schools and other child-focused organisations. Her expertise in developmental psychology, coupled with her experience working in schools, colleges, and businesses, allows her to offer valuable insights and teachings to her students.

In addition to her yoga and meditation instruction, Amy is also an accomplished musician. Often incorporating sound work into her classes, she utilises vocal toning, gong meditation, breathwork, and mantra to deepen the practise and create a more holistic experience. As part of the sacred sound duo Earth, she writes and sings music aimed at enhancing the spiritual journey of her students.
