Having trained with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), Yvonne's expertise extends beyond the physical aspects of yoga. She is also a certified Yin yoga teacher, having studied under renowned teachers such as Paul Grilley and With-Yin Yoga. Yvonne's yoga journey began as a way to manage stress levels while working as a nurse, and she fell in love with the practise's philosophy and holistic approach. Eventually, she made the decision to transition from nursing to become a full-time yoga teacher.
Yvonne's background in nursing, particularly in Rheumatology and the musculoskeletal system, adds depth and insight to her teaching. With over 30 years of experience working with people, Yvonne understands the individual needs of her students and creates a safe and inclusive environment in her classes.
