Having trained with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), Yvonne's expertise extends beyond the physical aspects of yoga. She is also a certified Yin yoga teacher, having studied under renowned teachers such as Paul Grilley and With-Yin Yoga. Yvonne's yoga journey began as a way to manage stress levels while working as a nurse, and she fell in love with the practise's philosophy and holistic approach. Eventually, she made the decision to transition from nursing to become a full-time yoga teacher.

Yvonne's background in nursing, particularly in Rheumatology and the musculoskeletal system, adds depth and insight to her teaching.
