You can join classes in-person at the Toitu Hub, Community Room in Kilbirnie, Wellington, or online via Zoom. If you're coming to an in-person class, try to arrive five minutes early to get set up and have a quick chat with Penina to feel at ease. For online sessions, make sure you have your own mat and props handy.
To keep things safe, all equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each in-person class. It’s also a good idea to practise on an empty stomach and wear something comfy that lets you move easily.
If you're new to yoga, no worries! Penina's got your back. She suggests getting in touch before your first class so she can help you pick the right one for your level and give you any tips you might need. Once you've been to a few classes, you'll know what props you'll want to bring along.
