I had graduated from University with a degree in Education, and embarked on a career as a High School Teacher. Although I was helping others, I still felt a sense of emptiness within myself.
It wasn't until I discovered Yoga that my life truly started to change. Yoga became my refuge, my sanctuary, and my path to self-discovery. Through the practise of Yoga, I began to connect with my true nature, to heal past wounds, and to find inner peace.
Inspired by the transformation I experienced through Yoga, I decided to deepen my knowledge and become a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I wanted to share this powerful practise with others and guide them on their own journey of self-discovery and healing.
As a Yoga instructor, I offer classes that are infused with compassion, authenticity, and mindfulness. I create a safe and supportive space for my students to explore their bodies, quiet their minds, and reconnect with their inner selves. I guide them through gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation, helping them to release tension, find balance, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
Furthermore, I also incorporate elements of Energy Healing, Creative Expression, and Intuitive Freedom into my teachings. Besides, I believe that Yoga is not just a physical practise, but a holistic approach to wellness that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Through these modalities, I empower my students to tap into their own inner wisdom, find their unique voice, and embrace their authentic selves.
In addition to group classes, I also offer private sessions for those who prefer a more tailored and personalised experience. Whether it's working on specific physical goals, overcoming emotional challenges, or deepening one's spiritual practise, I am committed to providing individualised support and guidance.
My ultimate goal as a Yoga instructor is to inspire and empower others to shine their light brightly and live a life of authenticity and purpose. I believe that when we connect with our true nature and embrace our own uniqueness, we have the power to create positive change within ourselves and in the world around us.
