Premaloka is a passionate yogi and mother of six, with a deep commitment to sharing heart-centred yoga with the world. She also leads retreats in stunning locations such as Waiheke Island, Auckland, and Kerala, India, providing participants with an opportunity to immerse themselves in a transformative experience.

For those looking to deepen their practise, Yoga on Waiheke offers a unique 200-hour teacher training programme. This programme allows individuals to realise their true potential and purpose as yoga teachers, while also providing the opportunity to elevate their practise with sustainable, organic cotton yoga mats hand-loomed in Southern India.

Our transformative retreats are intuitively crafted to unveil the limitless love and potential within each participant. Designed to ground and uplift simultaneously, these heart-centred escapes have a lasting impact on one's journey for years to come. Participants have described these retreats as life-changing experiences that bring about profound personal growth and self-discovery.

In addition to our classes, retreats, and teacher training, Yoga on Waiheke offers a range of ethically made yoga products that are good for both the environment and personal well-being. We work with local artisans in Southern India to bring you the most beautiful hand-loomed, Ayurvedic, herbal-dyed, organic cotton yoga mats and blankets.
