Props (blocks, straps, blankets) are provided by the studio. We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for easy movement. It is also advisable to bring a water bottle and a towel.

Course booking and payment: Pre-booking a yoga course is essential to reserve your spot, and full payment is required in advance. We do not hold bookings without payment. Courses run from specific dates, which are listed on our timetables. When booking a course, you will decide one class to attend each week throughout the course duration.
Drop-in classes: We offer drop-in classes to students who are already attending a regular weekly yoga course, if space is available. To check if space is available, please email us before attending.
Suitability: Our classes are suitable for students of all levels, including beginners and those with a general level of experience. However, if you are unsure which class will be most suitable for you, please refer to our class level guide on our website or reach out to us for guidance.
Age restrictions: All our classes are for adults only, and students must be 16 years or over to attend.
