Mans is a certified Sivananda Teacher, having completed his training at the Sivananda Ashram in Austria in 2003. He has since expanded his knowledge and skillset through advanced teacher training courses and has trained with teachers from SVYASA University in Bangalore, India. Mans is also a registered member of REPS and Yoga New Zealand, and has been recognised as a finalist in the New Zealand Exercise Industry Awards and Fitness Industry Awards.
