When Barbara opened the studio in June 2017, her vision was to create a safe and tranquil place where everyone feels included. It is a space where individuals can experience personal growth through mind-body practises in a friendly and non-judgmental environment. Regardless of age, size, gender, race, religion, fitness, ability, diet, or lifestyle, everyone is welcomed and embraced.
The belief at Yoga Norfolk is that all beings deserve to thrive, live a healthy and fulfilling life, and be healthy in mind and body. This is what drives Barbara's passion for yoga, meditation, and life coaching. Just as a balanced nutritional eating plan nourishes and nurtures the body, a regular yoga and meditation practise can do the same.
