With 8 years of experience, we offer a variety of classes both in-person and online, including Hatha, iRest Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Pregnancy Yoga, SUP yoga, and beach yoga. Additionally, we offer yoga get-away breaks and are proud stockists of the WinnerFlow breathing device for natural birth and post-natal recovery.

Our studio is a space where you can embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, starting with a pose, a thought, and an awareness of breath.
