Inspired by the transformative power of Yogalates, I decided to become certified in the Solomon Yogalates Method and share this practise with others. I completed my teacher training and began teaching classes in Twickenham, bringing the benefits of Yogalates to the local community. Since then, I have expanded my offerings to include online classes and events in Surbiton as well.
