At Yoga Home Sligo, you can choose from a variety of group classes, workshops, individual consultations, and online on-demand classes. Our ongoing weekly classes feature GRIT&Grace Alignment Flow at three different levels – Gentle, Moderate, and Vigorous. This dynamic practise combines moving with the breath and anatomical alignment for a sustainable and informed experience of body and mind. We also offer Mindful Yoga Flow, which integrates the teachings of mindful awareness with physical yoga practises.
In addition to our regular classes, Yoga Home Sligo offers online on-demand yoga classes and courses, allowing you to practise from the comfort of your own home. We also provide Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist consultations, private consultations, and events to support your overall well-being.
Yoga Home Sligo is operated by Cathi Murphy, E-RYT500/MFA, a highly experienced and skilled yoga instructor. Cathi ensures that each student receives personalised attention and guidance in their practise.
