Sharon, the organiser, wants to extend a heartfelt message to the sports community about Yoga Fresh. Situated in Pontyclun, Yoga Fresh is a yoga studio providing diverse classes in yoga, pilates, and holistic therapy focused on fitness and wellbeing.
Founded in 2013 by Sharon, whose yoga journey spans nearly three decades, Yoga Fresh stems from her passion and dedication. Sharon's path began with her first Namaste, leading her to explore various yoga styles, pilates, reiki, mindfulness, meditation, emotional freedom therapy, Indian head massage, and the laws of attraction.
Yoga Fresh offers classes designed to reconnect the body and mind, with a focus on core strength and balance. These sessions not only improve fitness but also promote overall wellbeing. Pilates sessions aim to strengthen the body evenly, enhancing posture, muscle tone, balance, and joint mobility.
