Silvia is a qualified 200hrs Yoga Teacher and a dedicated student of yoga. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training with YogaLondon in 2021 and further specialised in Yoga for Cancer with Triyoga in January 2022. Her love for yoga began in 2015 when she moved from Rome to the UK and has since become an integral part of her life. Silvia's aim is to share her passion and knowledge of yoga with others, bringing ease and mobility to the body while promoting strength and flexibility.
