We practice Hatha yoga fused with a touch of Tai Chi, Qigong, Yin and Restorative yoga, with classes designed to meet you where you are. Our approach is inclusive and adaptable for every body, regardless of age, size, gender, or physical limitations.

Do you run gentle classes for people who feel burnt out or overwhelmed?

Yes, our Sanctuary class is a gentle, floor-based practice devoted to deep rest and quiet reconnection. It uses long-held supported shapes and intentional breath to help you find stillness.

Yoga dot Yoga, located in Hemel Hempstead, is a friendly and supportive yoga studio offering a variety of classes and services. Formerly known as SavingGraceYoga, the studio has a beautiful story behind its change of name.

At Yoga dot Yoga, they believe that absolutely everyone and anyone can practise yoga asana. There are no limitations based on gender, size, age, or physical abilities. Yoga is inclusive and suitable for every single human body. The practise at Yoga dot Yoga combines Hatha yoga with Flow, Zen yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Yin, Restorative yoga, and movement meditations.

Classes also include Pranayama, guided meditation, and relaxation.

The two main types of classes offered are Hatha Fusion and Hatha Light. These classes consist of approximately 40 minutes of yoga asana, 10 minutes of meditation/breathwork, and 10 minutes of relaxation. Classes are available in prepaid 6-week blocks for 45. Onsite parking is provided, and due to health and safety regulations related to COVID-19, yoga mats are not currently provided.

The yoga classes at Yoga dot Yoga are suitable for everyone, from beginner to intermediate students. In addition to regular classes, the studio offers specialised classes such as Yin Yoga and 'Pause' Yoga. These classes take place at the Boxmoor Trust Centre in Hemel Hempstead.

Deborah Whitman-Jones is the dedicated yoga teacher at Yoga dot Yoga. She holds qualifications in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga Advanced, Zen Yoga, Pranayama Techniques, Breathwork & Meditation, Reiki, and Gong Training. Deborah's goal as a yoga teacher is to teach authentically from her heart with love, strength, compassion, and understanding. She aims to assist and support students in empowering, accepting, loving, and understanding themselves through the practise of yoga.
