Yin Yoga, on the other hand, focuses on slow and gentle movements. It is a practise that aims to release tension and improve flexibility by holding poses for an extended period.
For a combination of both powerful vinyasa and slow Yin yoga, Yin Yang Yoga is the ideal choice. This class provides a balanced experience, allowing participants to explore both the energetic and calming aspects of yoga.

Restorative Yoga, also known as sleep yoga, consists of 5–7 postures that are held for 5–15 minutes each. This practise focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation, providing a gentle and calming experience.
