Drawing inspiration from her own journey, Jane believes that yoga is more than just an exercise regimeit is a philosophy for life. With a deep appreciation for the wisdom and reflection embodied by thousands of years of yoga, Jane invites others to embrace the present moment and discover the transformative power of yoga.
For Jane, particularly, yoga became a lifeline when she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2020. Yoga not only helped her maintain physical strength despite her condition but also provided her with a mental capacity and self-understanding she never knew she had. Through yoga, Jane learned to prioritise self-care, find joy in the little things, and discover her own potential for giving and sharing.
At Yoga Compass, Jane aims to create an accessible and welcoming yoga community where individuals can be guided and supported in finding their strength and capacity. She believes in revealing the extraordinary and amazing potential within each individual and considers Yoga Compass as a new beginningfor herself and for anyone who wishes to embark on this transformative journey with her.
