Are you the owner of Yoga Classes Hendon?

We use props in our classes to help students modify and deepen their yoga poses. Props such as blocks, straps, and blankets provide support and alignment to ensure proper form during the practise. They also assist in achieving a deeper stretch and enhancing flexibility. Props are provided and cleaned after each class to maintain hygiene and safety.
Q: Do I need to have previous yoga experience to join your classes?
A: Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels, including beginners. Our experienced instructor will guide and support you throughout the practise, making sure you feel comfortable and safe.
Q: What should I wear to the class?
A: We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Yoga is typically practised barefoot, so no special footwear is required.
Q: Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
A: Yes, please bring your own mat as we do not supply them. It is important to have a clean and comfortable mat for your practise. If you don't have one, we can provide recommendations on where to purchase a suitable mat.
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
A: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please provide us with 24 hours notice so that we can offer your space to someone else.
Yoga Classes Hendon is a welcoming and inclusive yoga studio located in London. Our primary goal is to make yoga affordable and accessible for everyone. We believe that yoga is not just a physical practise but a holistic approach to wellness, encompassing mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Our highly experienced and dedicated instructor has over 30 years of experience in teaching yoga. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, providing guidance and support to students of all levels.
At Yoga Classes Hendon, we offer a variety of classes to cater to different needs and preferences. Our Hatha Yoga classes focus on alignment, breath control, and gentle movement, while our Chair Yoga classes are designed for those with limited mobility or physical restrictions. Both classes provide a nurturing space for students to explore their practise at their own pace.
We believe in the power of yoga to transform lives. Many benefits can be experienced through regular yoga practise, including increased mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall physical wellbeing. Yoga also promotes emotional wellbeing by reducing anxiety, managing stress, and boosting self-confidence.
To create a positive and peaceful class environment, we have a few class etiquette guidelines. We ask that students arrive on time to avoid disruption and refrain from talking during the class to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. We also encourage our members to support the environment by bringing reusable water bottles and considering car-sharing options when travelling to our classes.
To join one of our classes, simply email us to book your spot. We offer affordable pricing options, with the first class priced at just 5 and subsequent classes at 8 per person. Our Chair Yoga classes are capped at 5 per person as they are partially funded.
If you're new to yoga or have been wanting to incorporate it into your routine, Yoga Classes Hendon is the perfect place to start. Join us for an enriching and transformative yoga experience where you can improve your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
