Classes are typically offered in 5-7 week blocks throughout the year, allowing participants to establish a consistent practise. Advance booking is required to manage class sizes and adhere to social distancing guidelines, ensuring that every individual feels secure and able to fully enjoy their yoga experience. Additionally, Emma reserves one space in each class for members to swap and change classes, accommodating any unexpected scheduling conflicts.
Yoga by Emma's class timetable offers a variety of options to suit different preferences and schedules. Classes are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with both morning and evening sessions.
