Lincolnshire Fitness

April 2023, my wife Roxane and I attended a restorative yoga class at Lincolnshire Fitness. It was a wonderful experience, allowing us to relax and restore our energy levels. Emma, the founder of Lincolnshire Fitness, created a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone could find their own level and challenge themselves if desired. The class ended with a peaceful and restful night's sleep, leaving us feeling rejuvenated for the rest of the weekend.

In February 2023, my friend Rosemarie attended her first class at Lincolnshire Fitness and was delighted with the experience. After the class, she felt incredibly relaxed and at peace. Emma's teaching style and attention to detail ensured that Rosemarie had a lovely and enjoyable experience.

I joined Lincolnshire Fitness in January 2023 to participate in yoga, restorative yoga, and hog classes. These classes have been incredibly beneficial for me, leading to increased energy, reduced muscle tension, improved sleep, and a calmer mind. The breathing techniques that Emma incorporates into the classes have also helped me relax and ease a busy mind. I wish I had found such knowledgeable and skilled teachers like Emma years ago.

Tracy, another member since September, shared how yoga has transformed her life. Following her doctor's advice, Tracy started practising yoga for her spine. Not only does she love the practise, but she also finds that she is more relaxed and less stressed overall. Tracy appreciates the lack of pressure to achieve perfection in the poses, as Emma always encourages participants to listen to their bodies.

Tracy recently attended a two-hour restorative class, which allowed her to fully relax without feeling guilty about taking time for herself. She is grateful to Emma for providing a safe and supportive space.

Brigitta, a dedicated member of Lincolnshire Fitness, describes her weekly yoga and pilates classes with Emma as a highlight of her week. She finds the classes nourishing for both her mind and body, and appreciates the holistic approach taken by Emma.

In July, Janet had a unique experience attending a yoga class at Gunby Hall with Emma. The outdoor setting, surrounded by the sounds of nature, created an incredible atmosphere for the yoga practise. After the class, Janet and the other participants enjoyed a guided walk led by Lesley, followed by cake and coffee. Janet is already planning to book another session with Emma and is grateful for the amazing experience.

Stuart Bell, who recently attended a class in June, praised the atmosphere and experience provided by Emma. The class at Lincolnshire Fitness left him feeling refreshed and inspired.
