April 2023, my wife Roxane and I attended a restorative yoga class at Lincolnshire Fitness. It was a wonderful experience, allowing us to relax and restore our energy levels. The class ended with a peaceful and restful night's sleep, leaving us feeling rejuvenated for the rest of the weekend.

In July, Janet had a unique experience attending a yoga class at Gunby Hall with Emma. The outdoor setting, surrounded by the sounds of nature, created an incredible atmosphere for the yoga practise.
