Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed to help women connect with their bodies and their babies. These 60-minute sessions focus on gentle movements and breathing techniques that promote relaxation, ease aches and pains, and improve sleep. It's also a fantastic opportunity to meet other mums-to-be and share experiences and advice.
For those looking to learn more about childbirth and how to have a positive and empowering experience, we offer Hypnobirthing group courses. These monthly classes provide comprehensive information and tools to help expectant parents take control of their labour and birth. We believe that every birth is unique and that all birthing choices should be respected and supported, whether it's a natural birth or a caesarean section.
In addition to our regular classes, we also organise workshops and retreats to further enhance your journey through pregnancy and early motherhood. Our Baby Moon Hypnobirthing Retreat and Hypnobirthing Couples Retreat are immersive experiences that combine luxury accommodations with a full hypnobirthing course. These retreats provide an opportunity to build community with other expectant parents and create lasting memories in a beautiful setting.
At Yoga Body Birmingham, we prioritise the well-being and self-care of both mothers and their little ones. That's why we also offer Mum & Little One Yoga classes, specifically designed for mums with babies from 6 weeks to preschool age. These classes allow you to bond with your child through gentle movements and relaxation techniques, all while enjoying some much-needed 'me' time.
