Welcome to YogaBeamz, a family-run yoga studio in Nottingham. With over 15 years of experience, YogaBeamz specialises in mindfulness and yoga in education, aiming to improve the physical and mental well-being of students of all ages.

At YogaBeamz, our classes focus on mindfulness, yoga movements, breathing techniques, relaxation, positive affirmations, and visualisations. We are passionate about the practise of mindfulness and yoga and consider it a privilege to help others benefit from it. Our goal is to help you “Let Your Light Shine.

Naomi, the founder of YogaBeamz, is dedicated to helping relieve anxiety and its negative effects on physical, emotional, and mental well-being. With a background in yoga since 1995, Naomi is a certified YogaBugs Children's Yoga Instructor, Yoga'd Up Children's Yoga Instructor, BSY Adult Hatha Yoga Instructor, 'Calm For Kids' Children's Yoga Mindfulness Instructor, Mindful Movement Instructor, Meditation Instructor, Pre & Post-Natal Yoga Instructor, and Infant Massage Instructor. She has also developed successful mindfulness and yoga programmes for Year 6 Sats/Tests and Teen Exam Preparation.

From building flexibility, strength, and stamina to improving mindfulness and boosting self-confidence and self-esteem, yoga can have a positive impact on body, mind, and well-being. It helps stimulate the internal organs, encourages a calm and balanced emotional state, promotes better sleep, improves concentration, memory, and focus, and strengthens body and mind. Yoga also fosters a sense of well-being, reduces disciplinary problems within schools, and contributes to greater academic achievement.
