With over 17 years of experience in teaching Yoga and working with Ayurveda, Kelly creates a nurturing and supportive environment for her clients to explore holistic healing modalities.
The studio, located in Clarinbridge, Galway, offers a variety of classes for all levels, including early morning, evening, and weekend options both in-person and on Zoom. Each class focuses on Hatha Yoga poses, strengthening exercises, balance work, core strengthening, and breathwork to improve focus and clarity. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Kelly's classes provide an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, flexibility, muscle tone, strength, and relaxation.
In addition to her Yoga classes, Kelly also offers Ayurvedic treatments at KAyu Spa, located at Bungalow 7.
