Years, and since then, it has become an integral part of my life. The profound impact that yoga had on my physical and mental well-being inspired me to become a yoga instructor. I completed my 200hr teacher training with Nartana Yoga School in 2018 and have been teaching ever since.
My classes at Yoga at The Forge focus on creating a nurturing and supportive environment where students of all levels can feel comfortable and empowered. I aim to guide my students in exploring their own bodies, minds, and spirits through the practise of yoga. With a background in psychology, I incorporate mindfulness and self-awareness techniques into my classes, emphasising the connexion between the mind and the body.
I offer a variety of classes, including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. Each class is carefully tailored to meet the unique needs and abilities of my students. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or body type. It is my mission to make yoga accessible to all and help my students discover the transformative power of the practise.
