The gym is well-equipped with Olympic weights, barbells, pull-up rigs, kettlebells, plyometric boxes, giant tyres, medicine balls, skipping ropes, dumbbells, and more. Alex and the team of qualified coaches ensure every member receives safe and effective guidance during their workouts.
