

At Yoga at Down Farm, Laura Galvin and Natalie Wander have created an inviting space in Crediton where everyone can engage in yoga, no matter their experience level. Every Monday from 10 am to 11 am, Natalie leads her "Every Body Yoga" class, promoting inclusivity and body positivity. On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 pm to 8:15 pm, Laura offers "All Levels Yoga," both online and in-person, ensuring flexibility for participants.
Laura, with over 17 years of yoga practice, brings her expertise in Reiki and Thai yoga massage to the table, making her classes perfect for beginners, advanced practitioners, and those needing prenatal or injury recovery support. Her passion for yoga is evident as she continually expands her knowledge and shares it with local schools.
Natalie, founder of Body Kind Yoga, trained in the ancient traditions of Sattva Yoga, focuses on making yoga accessible to all. Her classes are a journey of empowerment, combining movement, breath, energy, and stillness to foster self-improvement.
