Mums who are 6 weeks post-birth (or 8 weeks post C-section) and have received clearance from their doctor are welcome to join, and their pre-crawling babies are encouraged to come along as well. Yoga mats will be provided for mums, while they are kindly requested to bring blankets for their little ones. Throughout the sessions, changing, feeding, nursing, and playing are all welcomed and embraced.
