One of the classes offered by Izzy DuBois Yoga is the 60 Minute Yin Yang Yoga, held on Thursdays at 19:15. This class combines the gentle flow of Yang yoga to build heat in the body, followed by the softer meditative postures of Yin yoga. This practise helps students slow down, observe their bodies, and cultivate a deeper awareness of their thoughts. Suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience is necessary.

In addition to regular yoga classes, Izzy also offers a Winter Post-Natal Yoga 4-week block. This class is designed for new moms who want to ease back into exercise and rebuild strength after giving birth. Through gentle movements and mindful breathing, participants have an opportunity to reconnect with their bodies and strengthen their abdominals and pelvic floor. This class is open to moms who are 6 weeks post-birth (or 8 weeks post-C-section) and have obtained clearance from their doctor.
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets for their babies and can engage in activities such as changing, feeding, nursing, and playing throughout the class.
