Each morning, attendees will start their day with a meditation and pranayama session followed by a dynamic yoga class and a refreshing swim in the rooftop pool. Fuelling their bodies with a buffet-style breakfast made with locally sourced ingredients, participants can enjoy some downtime in the townhouse with optional core fitness classes.
After refuelling with a snack, participants have the option to explore the charming town of Olhão, relax on the beach, or take part in a boat trip or organised hike. This allows them to fully embrace the beauty of the surroundings and make the most of their time away.
As the day winds down, participants can unwind with a stretch or restorative yoga class in the evening, followed by a delicious dinner prepared by the retreat's private chef. Then, they can choose to end their day by either relaxing in the house or joining a movie night, pizza night, or wine-tasting class. There are plenty of opportunities for socialising and embracing a laid-back atmosphere.
Accommodation is provided in the luxurious Casa Fuzetta, a beautifully decorated townhouse with multiple outdoor terraces, a library, treatment and meditation rooms, and a rooftop pool. Each twin or double bedroom features ample space, natural light, and a luxurious ensuite, ensuring utmost comfort and relaxation throughout the retreat.
